Since Goodyear owned the builiding in the Tyler Creek Plaza and limited Bunge's to only Goodyear tire sales and Goodyear advertising, Cook and Lee subleased the building back to them and moved to it's current location at 826 S. McLean Blvd. in 1997. This move was not only a better location for the business, but also more visible for customers.
Owners, Rich Cook and Doug Lee, sold Bunge's Tire & Auto to its current owner, Steven Wright.
Customer satisfaction has always been Bunge's first priority and it shows due to our customer retention and growing clientel. Since Steve bought Bunge's Tire it has added fleet accounts from the local area to its customer list.
Bunge's has become a dealer for Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly Springfield, Continental, General, Cooper, Carlisle and Kenda. If you're interested in Michelin, BF Goodrich, Uniroyal, Firestone, Bridgestone, Hankook, Kumho, Pirelli or Yokohama, no problem! We offer many brands.
Bunge's has invested in factory scan tools for GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai/Kia and Volkswagen so they can access the same information to determine what is wrong with your vehicle that the dealers have. Bunge's has also expanded its marketing with not only postal mailings, but online website coupons and through e-mails.
